Our Story
The Terra Sana concept was founded in Marbella by
four inspired and dynamic young men
determined to create a dream.

Four twentysomethings of different nationalities who were all raised in Marbella, had the idea of setting up an outlet to offer healthy and creative food all day long in a fun, casual environment. They realized that the American breakfast concept did not exist in Southern Spain, especially after 11:00, which was odd given the Spanish custom of ending party nights so late (…or so early!).


Our Mission
We want Terra Sana to become the global leading brand in healthy and creative food.

All the people working in Terra Sana are convinced that we offer something that is good for you and for those around us. Industrial food, competition and cost pressures have impacted the restaurant sector, causing a decreasing Price-Quality ratio. We don’t want to be part of this trend. We want to offer an honest product, with the best ingredients and with a fair price, generating a profit margin that allows keeping our employees and paying our bills.


Our Ethics
Terra Sana is our life Project, we want to look back some years from now and feel proud to have achieved our niche within the restaurant sector, doing something that is honest, good for the planet and providing value to the paying customer. Our values are present in the restaurants, where we try to display our slogans discreetly, raising a little bit of interest in whoever is sensitive to the issues that concern us.
